“Nablus District Governor Akram Rajoub… said that the extrent of drug usage in our [Palestinian] society is limited but on the rise. He added: ‘A war is being waged against the principles and morals of our society by the occupation (i.e., Israel) primarily, and one of the spearheads of this is drugs.'
He noted that three to four plant nurseries of drugs were seized, and their main funder was from within the 1948 territories (i.e., Israel).”
