Governor of Ramallah claims Israel carries out racist acts against Palestinians

“District Governor of Ramallah and El-Bireh Dr. Laila Ghannam yesterday [Sept. 3, 2016], during a reception for female Arab advisors for advancing the status of women and empowering them in the villages and local councils in the Palestinian Interior (i.e., PA term for Israel), emphasized the unity of the blood and the cause, and also emphasized that the fences and checkpoints will not separate the souls of the one people and their national affiliation.
Ghannam clarified during the meeting that her goal was to have the female Palestinian activists of the Interior get to know the district governor and benefit from her experience, because we have full awareness and we understand the suffering of our sisters in the occupied Interior due to the racist acts being carried out against them.”
