Dr. Muhaisen was accompanied by a delegation of members of Fatah’s Bethlehem branch."

Fatah Movement Central Committee member, Fatah Commissioner of Mobilization and Organization in the West Bank, and PLO Central Council member Dr. Jamal Muhaisen: "Allah said: 'And never think of those who have been killed in the cause of Allah as dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving provision’ (Quran, Sura 3:169, Sahih International translation). Brothers, father of the Martyr, family of the Martyr, sons of the village that stands firm - Taqua, and all those present, on behalf of brother [PA] President Mahmoud Abbas, the Fatah Central Committee members, its Revolutionary Council, and all of its frameworks, we express our condolences to you over the death of brother fighter Muhammad Ibrahim Jibrin, who was targeted and intentionally murdered by the Israeli occupation forces for no reason, aside from the cowardice and hatred that the Israeli occupation has for our people and our young. We know that the very act of Ribat (i.e., religious conflict/war over land claimed to be Islamic) on this land is Jihad , and the Israelis have increased their insolence lately due to the poor situation."
