Fatah official: Israel “nurtured the ISIS terror organization”

“Fatah Movement leader Raafat Alayan said that those who support the terror organizations are those who derive benefit from shaking the stability of Egypt, and added that the Israeli occupation is the one who nurtured the ISIS terror organization, and the one who opened its hospitals to the wounded of this terror organization.
In an interview with [the Egyptian satellite channel] Al-Ghad [Al-Arabi], Alayan added that Israel is the one who treated all of the Takfir (i.e., the act of accusing other Muslims of heresy) cells in its hospitals and provided them with financial support and weapons, and said: ‘Egypt must not be left alone in this battle.’
Alayan continued and said that what exists in the Arab region, and in Egypt and the Sinai in particular, are not terror cells but rather an organized terror organization supported by states that are known among many of the Arab states, and so too are the funding sources of these terror organizations.”
