District Governor of Ramallah and El-Bireh Laila Ghannam: “…We are not using it as an excuse, but we always say that the occupation is the first obstacle for all of us, for the entire society… Each day we don’t know who this extremist government has decided to execute that day. A decision has been made to execute everything that is Palestinian. You walk in the street and it may be that the execution decision was already made that day.”
