Abbas’ decision to replace Karake as Head of Commission of Prisoners’ Affairs

“[PA] President of the State of Palestine and Chairman of the PLO Executive Committee Mahmoud Abbas has decided to establish a committee to manage the [PLO] Commission of Prisoners’ Affairs led by Qadri Abu Bakr.
The members of the committee are Jamal Huweil, Abd Al-Fattah Doleh, Fadwa Al-Abbasi, Muhammad Hassan Jabarin, Salim Al-Zre’i, Sharif Atallah, Abdallah Abu Samhadana, and Ahmed Al-Sabah.”
