In two telegrams that he sent to Indian President [Ram Nath Kovind] and Prime Minister [Narendra Modi], [PA] President Mahmoud Abbas conveyed his sincere condolences and solidarity with the friendly Indian government and people and the families of the victims, and asked Almighty Allah to bestow consolation and endurance on their relatives and health to the wounded.”
