They have even turned the falafel into an Israeli [dish]. Right? Have you heard whether Israel has tried to steal these sweets and this industry, and affiliate them with itself?"

Store owner: "Regarding our profession, even if someone in Israel has produced halva, the employee [making it] is a Palestinian from here. OK? They make it, but the quality here is better, because here with us-"

Host: "Can what Israel is trying to imitate compete with your industry?"

Store owner: "Of course not."
