"[PA] Minister of Social Affairs Ahmed Majdalani said that the [PA] government is acting to strengthen the status of UNRWA (UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East) and to maintain its services and existence. This is through political and diplomatic support, the guarantee of an easy vote in favor of renewing its mandate at the UN, and also making efforts and encouraging the states that donate and fund it to support it and close the deficit in its budget.
