Top Hamas official calls to “slaughter”- “every Jew on the planet”

Hamas Political Bureau member Fathi Hammad: "We say: This battle (referring to the 2014 Gaza War; see note below –Ed.) that humiliated the Zionists, in which the Palestinian people grabbed two of their pigs (apparently referring to the bodies of Israeli soldiers Oron Shaul and Hadar Goldin, captured during the 2014 Gaza War –Ed.)… this battle is still echoing in the Zionist army…

This battle will be repeated against the Zionist enemy in a larger way, Almighty Allah willing. The Zionist enemy thinks that if it desecrates the Al-Aqsa Mosque we will be silent and it will pass. The Zionist enemy thinks that it will plan the deal of the century (i.e., US President Donald Trump's as yet unpublished Middle East peace plan) with America and the Arab hypocrites and we will be silent – and we will not be silent. The Zionist enemy thinks that it will play with the entrails of the Arab nation and hold the Bahrain conference (i.e., refers to US-led conference in June 2019 focusing on economic aspects of Trump's Middle East peace plan), the treason and humiliation conference, and that we will be silent – we will not be silent. The Zionist enemy thinks that it will gain time by going back on and betraying understandings – we will not be silent. We have tough means that are growing more powerful, and the latest of them is the drones. And what do you know about drones? They carry many, many surprises…

The Zionist enemy thinks that he kills Martyr Mahmoud Al-Adham (i.e., a Hamas security member who was patrolling the Gazan border with Israel when he was accidentally shot and killed without authorization by an Israeli soldier on July 11, 2019) and we will be silent – no, we will take revenge…

And this is a message that the Zionist enemy will hear and everyone who watches the March of Return (see note below –Ed.) will hear. This is a message that contains an oath and determination – that we will avenge your blood, Mahmoud. And as the Zionist enemy kills us, we will kill it, Allah willing.

We are sharpening the knives. We are still developing our missiles, Almighty Allah be praised…

We will not be silent. We are developing our missiles, [Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu, we are developing them… We will not be silent… We will not be silent about Mahmoud's blood, the siege against us, and the death of our children in the hospitals… and all of our young people are ready. Do you know why the number of [participants in] the March of Return has decreased? Because our young people are angry; because there is no action and that is not right. We will bring back the action. And therefore, this is a message on behalf of the tire units, and on behalf of the night harassment units: If the fighting with the enemy does not return, and the cutting of the barbed wire [fences], and the breaching of the barbed wire fences, we will not participate… 
This is a message to the enemy, to the Zionist enemy: O Zionist enemy of ours, if you do not lift the siege our men are ready and willing, ready to die, and ready to breach the barbed wire [fence], Almighty Allah willing… We will not recognize Israel. We were created here, in Gaza in order to shatter and get rid of this entity, Allah willing. We will not retreat, not compromise, not agree to submission – not regarding religion, not regarding the homeland, and not regarding the Al-Aqsa Mosque… Therefore we say to the Zionist enemy: It has a week, until next Friday [July 19, 2019] – if it does not retreat, if it will not lift this siege, and if it will not implement the understandings, then we have many more ways and means in our possession that are waiting to receive permission to break out forcefully and determinedly against the enemies. They think that we are rational; we are not rational. The people of Gaza are not rational. The Zionist enemy has tried for 70 years to change our genes in Gaza - they have not changed. On the contrary – we have advanced even further and they are ready to blow up before the enemies, Allah willing… You have a week, O Zionist enemy. If you do not lift the siege we will not die standing; we will not die starving.  If we die it will be when we are killing you, and we will cut off your heads, Allah willing...

Are you ready, young people? Are you ready, boys? Let the enemy hear you – are you ready? – so that the Zionist enemy will hear you, that we are in this situation of commitment that does not come from a place of weakness or hesitation, but rather from a place of anticipation. And we say here: Our patience has run out; we are on the verge of exploding. If they do not lift the siege we will explode before our enemies, Glorious Allah willing. And the explosion will be not only in Gaza, also in the West Bank and abroad, Allah willing.  However, our brothers are still preparing abroad, trying to prepare, warming up – they have been warming up for a year and a half already. 

There are seven million Palestinians abroad,enough of your warming up. You have Jews everywhere. We must attack every Jew on the planet – slaughter and kill, Allah willing. Enough of the warming up, enough… we have exploded.

And you, the people of the West Bank, until when will you be silent? We want the knives to come out. Five shekels [for a knife] – isn't the neck of a Jew worth five shekels to us? – or less, Almighty Allah willing. And therefore, brothers and sisters, we will not leave our Al-Aqsa Mosque; We will not leave Haifa, Jaffa, and Acre (i.e. Israeli cities); and we will not let our hospitals groan from a lack of medicine. Our markets are groaning from a lack of merchandise. And our universities… we will not let them groan under the pressure of the siege. If the siege is not lifted, we will break it with our means, Allah willing… Therefore, dear brothers, [have] more determination, more willpower. Gather strength upon strength, determination upon determination, missile after missile…

All of our people are ready to explode. We have made a new factory for [explosive] belts, Allah willing. Immediately as we enter through the fence we are ready, our sisters are ready, all of them, with explosive belts on them…

We will make an opening or two in every camp, five openings, until we arrive, and we will harass you when we reach you. Therefore, lifting the siege is better for you. You will be killed, by Allah,

you will be killed by our [explosive] belts, Allah willing... Everyone who wants, stand in line – belt, belt, belt – off you go. Say "in Allah's name" and put your trust in Allah. However, to die when we are in this situation is impossible… let the Zionist enemy hear, this is a message... I will die as I blow up and cut – what? The necks of the Jews and their legs. We will tear them to shreds, Allah willing."

Gaza War 2014 / Operation Protective Edge – In June 2014, Hamas escalated its hostilities and attacks against Israel - including the firing of numerous rockets at Israel. Israel responded with Operation Protective Edge, which aimed at destroying Hamas' ability to launch rockets and its terror infrastructure in general, which included its building of cross-border tunnels for the purpose of terror attacks and kidnappings. The war began on July 7, 2014, when the Israeli government ordered the Israeli army to launch an aerial operation against Hamas and other terrorist organizations in the Gaza Strip, and continued until Aug. 26, 2014, when an open-ended ceasefire was declared. During the war, 32 Hamas cross-border tunnels built for the purpose of terror attacks were destroyed, and two thirds of Hamas' rocket arsenal was used up or destroyed. Despite claims by Hamas and others of Israel using disproportionate force and of an extreme amount of civilian casualties, Chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Martin Dempsey, stated on Nov. 6, 2014, that Israel had gone to “extraordinary lengths to limit collateral damage and prevent civilian casualties in the Gaza conflict.”
