Dead terrorist who murdered Israeli, hailed as Martyr

“[PLO] Commission of Prisoners and Released Prisoners’ Affairs Attorney Yusuf Nasasrah submitted a request to the occupation’s central court in Be’er Sheva yesterday [Feb. 7, 2019] to conduct an autopsy on prisoner Fares Baroud’s (i.e., terrorist, murdered 1) body, with the participation of a Palestinian doctor, in order to learn about the details of the intentional medical neglect to which he was subjected and which led to his death as a Martyr (Shahid) yesterday (sic., Feb. 6, 2019) at Ramon Prison (sic., Baroud died at Soroka Medical Center)…

It should be noted that prisoner Martyr Baroud was arrested on March 23, 1991, and was sentenced to life for murdering a settler (sic., Baroud’s victim lived in the Israeli coastal city of Hadera).”

Fares Baroud – Palestinian Hamas terrorist who was serving a life sentence for murdering Israeli citizen Mordechai Roitman and wounding three others in Roitman’s furniture store in Hadera on March 20, 1991. Baroud died from a chronic illness on Feb. 6, 2019, at Soroka Medical Center, where he had been transferred for treatment.
