PA: Israel spreads drugs to destroy youth

According to Taher Al-Namri, head of the Al-Maqdasi institution's supervisory council… [Israeli authorities] have seen fit to act to destroy the personality of the youth and damaging it. They thought that one of the principal ways of suppressing the personality of the youth is to encourage them to use drugs, as they [the Israeli authorities] have done in Jaffa, Haifa, and Acre, for example."
