PA Prime Minister Muhammad Shtayyeh: “Many thanks and much appreciation to [our] friend Norway for this grant of $7.5 million that is coming at an appropriate time, thanks to which we will be able to cover problems that are at the top of our list of priorities  

whether on issues dealing with the schools, supporting women, [the UN program] ‘Cash-for-Work,’ or issues relating to creating a database of the donors’ money. It is important for every state in the world to know what money is entering it, from whom, where it is paid, and to which sectors and through whom [it is going].”
