The cartoon shows the terror cell led by terrorist Dalal Mughrabi who led the murder of 37, 12 of them children, sailing in a rubber dinghy flying a Palestinian flag, on their way to Israel to carry out the attack later known as the Coastal Road massacre. In the bottom left corner is the PA map of “Palestine” that presents all of Israel together with the PA areas as “Palestine,” and underneath it is written in English: “I’m a Palestinian.”

Dalal Mughrabi – female Palestinian terrorist who led the attack that (until Oct. 7, 2023) was the most lethal terror attack in Israel’s history, known as the Coastal Road massacre, in 1978, when she and other Fatah terrorists hijacked a bus on Israel's Coastal Highway, murdering 37 civilians, 12 of them children, and wounding over 70.
