“MBC” is the Saudi TV station producing the TV series “Exit 7” and “Umm Haroun,” which many Arabs have accused of promoting “normalization” with Israel by showing positive depictions of Jews –Ed.

The cartoon shows a hand inserting a money bill into the back of a TV set with “MBC” written on it, and a rifle barrel protruding from the TV screen.
