The cartoon shows an ostrich with “The Arabs” written on it standing on top of a document with the Israeli flag on its header and “The annexation of the West Bank” written on it. The ostrich is burying its head in the sand through a hole in the document. In the background is the Dome of the Rock.

The cartoon criticizes the silence and lack of help to the Palestinians from the Arab world regarding Israel's presumed annexation of the Jordan Valley and Jewish towns in the West Bank.
