Posted text: “In the presence of representatives of the National Council to Commemorate the Arab Martyrs, the Popular Committee for Refugees in the Jenin District, the InsanNational Action Association, and the Fatah Movement in the town of Kafr Dan, the first stage [of establishing a monument] for the Martyrs of Tunisia who died on the land of Palestine in 1948 (i.e., during Israel’s War of Independence) was completed.”

The image shows a sketch of the planned monument; on the left is the PA map of “Palestine” that presents all of Israel together with the PA areas as “Palestine,” with the Dome of the Rock, an assault rifle, and a hand making a “V” for victory visible inside it. On the right is a map of Tunisia with a hand holding an assault rifle inside it.
