Fatah Central Committee member Tawfiq Tirawi: “First of all, I want to correct the words of my brother Na’im – not only the Fatah Movement is the Martyrs’ movement. All the Palestinian resistance movements are movements of Martyrs, prisoners, and wounded. And we are in one trench in all fields, and this field is one of them – and much honor to everyone…

I say to you so that you will hear it, and I say to [former Israeli Head of Military Intelligence] Amos Gilad so that he will hear it – if they think that Beit El, Ma’ale Adumim, and Ofra (i.e., Israeli towns in the West Bank) are Israeli, then we say to everyone: Jaffa, Haifa, Acre, and Nazareth (i.e., Israeli cities) are Palestinian, and they will remain Palestinian. You must hear this, and everyone will hear it: This is Fatah, this is Fatah that has triumphed and will always triumph through its members, through its Martyrs, and it will not triumph as you think through this or that position…

We are under the occupation, our enemy is one, and our goal is one, and it is the establishment of our Palestinian state on our Palestinian land, on our Palestinian land, and its capital is Jerusalem, Jerusalem, Jerusalem. Many thanks.”
