“[PA Parliament Member and] Secretary-General of the Palestinian National Initiative Movement Dr. Mustafa Barghouti said that the Tel Aviv operation (refers to terrorist Ra’ad Hazem murdering 3; see note below -Ed.) is a security and political failure of the Israeli leaders.
Barghouti added that the operation is a lesson to all those carrying out normalization [with Israel] who have bet that Israel can defend them (refers to Abraham Accords; see note below -Ed.), and added: ‘We see today that Israel is unable to defend itself.’ …
Barghouti explained that the true terror is the terror of the occupation state and the colonialist settlers…
In addition, he explained that the Palestinian people feels intense rage over the international hypocrisy and double standards that we saw when 6,000 sanctions were imposed on Russia in less than two weeks, while we have not seen a single sanction against Israel after 73 years of ethnic cleansing, occupation, and racist apartheid.”
Ra'ad Hazem - 28-year-old Palestinian terrorist and PA Security Forces member who shot and murdered 3 Israeli civilians - 27-year-olds Tomer Morad and Eytam Magini and 35-year-old Barak Lufan - and wounded 14 others when he opened fire on a crowded bar on Dizengoff Street in central Tel Aviv on April 7, 2022. Hazem escaped the scene of the attack and was found hiding near a mosque in Jaffa by Israeli security forces several hours later. He opened fire on them and was killed in the ensuing shootout.
