Son promised his mother she will be a “mother of a Martyr”

Headline: “He promised her that she would be the mother of a Martyr”

“‘Goodbye, my child’ – with familiar expressions the mother bids farewell to her Martyr son after 35 days of incessant prayer and wishes for recovery, but powerful fate determined that the mother of Martyr Amir Lawlah (i.e., killed when “The Lion’s Den” terrorists resisted arrest and initiated a gun battle with Israeli forces in Nablus on Feb. 22, 2023, in which 12 Palestinians were killed, most of them members of the terror cell) from the town of Zawata in the Nablus district would receive an unforgettable phone call informing of death, which the occupier is sowing well in Palestine.

Um Amir looks at the coffin and the funeral procession, and almost hears her son turning to her again and expressing the hope that he expressed once – that his mother would be ‘the mother of a Martyr.’ …

Amir Lawlah – who was wounded by the occupation’s bullets on [Feb.] 22, [2023,] during an extensive act of aggression against the old city of Nablus, in which 11 civilians died as Martyrs and more than 100 were wounded – passed away early yesterday morning [March 28, 2023].”

It has not stated an official affiliation and its members come from a variety of terror organizations, including Fatah's military wing the Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades, Hamas, and Islamic Jihad. The Lion's Den was responsible for numerous shooting attacks mainly in the West Bank beginning in 2022, with an uptick in shootings during September-October 2022. Two of the main founders of the cell were Fatah terrorists Muhammad Al-Azizi and Ibrahim Al-Nabulsi, both killed in shootouts with Israeli forces on July 24, 2022 and Aug. 9, 2022 respectively.
