$123 million rise in terror salaries in 2022

Posted text: “In the shadow of the ongoing economic crisis

An addition of 443 million [Israeli] shekels to the cost of the salaries and salary-like payments (i.e., includes pension payments and allowances to terrorist prisoners and to the families of dead terrorists) in 2022.

Exclusive to the economy section of [the Palestinian news agency] Sada: Official figures published by the Palestinian [PA] Ministry of Finance [show] that the cost of the salaries and salary-like payments rose in 2022 by approximately $123 million (around 443 million shekels) [parentheses in source], and this is while it is anticipated that the sum will rise to $225 million this year [2023].”
