The cartoon shows the English word “Israel” depicted as a bombed-out military vehicle with smoke rising from it. The cartoon refers to Palestinian terrorists ambushing Israeli forces, wounding 7 with an explosive detonated on an Israeli military vehicle on June 19, 2023. In the ensuing gun battle 5 Palestinian terrorists were killed and dozens were wounded.
