Imprisoned terrorist stabber and her 5-year-old presented as poor victims of Israel by the PA

Headline: “Um Ayloul – a prison cell and a wheelchair”

“The occupation does not care so much about a girl who is not yet five, who does not stop asking about her mother at every moment. She calls to her even in her dreams, as no one can fill the vacuum left by the prisoner mother.

This is the girl Ayloul, whom the occupation separated her by force from her mother Fatima Ismail Abd Al-Rahman Shahin (i.e., terrorist, stabbed and wounded 1), 33, from the Deheisheh refugee camp next to Bethlehem.

On April 17, [2023,] an occupation army sniper shot four bullets into Fatima out of a lust for murder, which split her stomach and spine while she was walking next to Gush Etzion Junction (sic., soldiers on guard duty, not a sniper, shot Fatima to stop her from stabbing an Israeli civilian). She was arrested on charges of attempting to carry out a stabbing operation, and she was treated for approximately a month at the Shaare Zedek Hospital while her arms and legs were bound. She underwent a number of surgeries, and later on was transferred to the so-called ‘Ramle Prison Clinic.’”
