The image shows an official letter issued by the PA Ministry of Religious Affairs with instructions for mosque preachers regarding the contents of their sermons for Eid Al-Adha, the Muslim “Sacrifice Feast” holiday.

Text: “The orphans, the unfortunate, the prisoners, and the parents of the Martyrs have rights and a cause, and it is forbidden for any free Muslim to forget his duty towards them and towards their rights on the day of his joy and his holiday.”
