Posted text: “Director of [PLO] Commission of Prisoners’ [Affairs] Qadura Fares during his participation in a ceremony honoring the prisoners who met the requirements to achieve a bachelor’s degree diploma inside the occupation’s prisons and also honoring those who passed the high school [matriculation] exams and the university graduates, which was held by the Fatah Movement at the Orthodox Club Plaza in Beit Jala.”

Qadura Fares also serves as Chairman of the PA-funded Prisoners’ Club and is a former PA minister without portfolio and former member of PA Parliament.
