PA Chairman Abbas’ Fatah Movement doesn’t want to play second fiddle to Hamas and has been calling for terror and murdering Jews since Hamas launched its terror war on Israel with the massacre on Oct. 7. Palestinian Media Watch reported yesterday that Fatah also bragged of its own participation in the atrocities, gloating that it helped Hamas.

And Fatah continues to call for terror. Mentioning the names of Palestinian terrorist murderers and terror leaders – and their “spirit of heroism” – Fatah urges everyone who owns a weapon to join the war against Israel. The allegedly secular movement appealed to Palestinians’ religious sentiment as well, packaging its call for terror in praise for Allah – “Call out Allahu Akbar from the rooftops… Call out Allahu Akbar from your mosques”:

Posted text: “We will not abandon anyone

O sons of the West Bank, O people of [former PA President] Yasser [Arafat], [Ahmed] Yassin (i.e., Hamas founder), and Abu Ali [Mustafa] (i.e., former Secretary-General of the PFLP), has the spirit of heroism within us died? … Where are the sons of [Raed] Al-Karmi (i.e., terrorist, responsible for murder of 9), the sons of [Ahmed] Yassin and [Fathi] Shaqaqi (i.e., Islamic Jihad founder), where are the eagles of the [Popular] Front [for the Liberation of Palestine], and where are we in relation to the Gaza Strip

The Zionist occupation is continuing its massacres and annihilating our people, and we are still harvesting our Martyrs…

Call out Allahu Akbar (i.e., “Allah is greatest”) from the rooftops, and this is the minimum action.

Call out Allahu Akbar from your mosques – Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar

This is a call of mobilization to all those who have a weapon

Shame and disgrace on everyone who abandons [the struggle]”

In fact, Palestinian youth in the West Bank have already heeded this call and taken to the streets to show their support for Hamas and the religious terror war against Israel, chanting “Allahu Akbar” – “Allah is greatest”:

Fatah’s Nablus Branch Secretary Muhammad Hamdan has also stressed Fatah’s joint mission with Hamas and its willingness to attack Israelis:

Fatah urges Palestinians to “teach Israel a lesson” everywhere:

Posted text: “A short statement issued by the Fatah Movement’s northern districts (i.e., the West Bank):… We see an obligation to emphasize and integrate our statement with struggle and national activity in all the fields of confrontation in order to deter the aggression by teaching the occupation a lesson in all the arenas of confrontation.

and Fatah Movement – Tulkarem Branch, Facebook page, Oct. 28, 2023]

Fatah Spokesman Abd Al-Fattah Doleh seconded this, calling for “investment in our people’s struggle and its resistance”- i.e., terror – to create “a true deterring factor against the forces of evil and colonialism.” In other words, he called to fight Israel, the US, and other perceived “colonialist powers”:

“Fatah Spokesman Abd Al-Fattah Doleh (i.e., terrorist, involved in murder of 1) said: ‘We call on our brothers in Hamas to assemble a pure Palestinian front under the umbrella of the PLO, the sole legal representative of our Palestinian people, which will take action alongside those who are devoted to our people’s struggle and its right to freedom, a state, and self-determination, in order to invest in our people’s struggle and its resistance (i.e., terror) to the criminal aggression to which we are being subjected, for the sake of our people and the future of our existence and our cause in a way that will constitute a true deterring factor against the forces of evil and colonialism (i.e., Israel, US and European “colonialist powers”).’”

The following is a longer excerpt of one of the statements cited above, posted texts with the videos of youth marching, and information on the terrorist murderers and terror leaders glorified by Fatah:

“The Fatah Movement condemned the statements of Hamas Movement Political Bureau member Musa Abu Marzouq in an interview with Al-Jazeera TV, in which he accused the PA and a number of Arab states of demanding that the West eliminate Hamas.

Fatah Spokesman Abd Al-Fattah Doleh (i.e., terrorist, involved in murder of 1) said that Musa Abu Marzouq’s statements in the shadow of the bloody genocide that our people is dealing with (refers to Israel’s response to Hamas’ terror war; see note below -Ed.) harms the blood of the Martyrs and the resistance members (i.e., terrorists) on the ground and the struggles and sacrifices of our people that is facing the [Israeli] aggression.

He added: ‘We condemn Abu Marzouq’s statements in this bloody period in particular, which are inconsistent with the unity that is prevailing in the Palestinian territories. Abu Marzouq is speaking from the ivory tower. If he were alongside the fighters of his [Hamas] Movement who are waging and leading a heroic epic in the Gaza Strip or in the West Bank that is carrying out intifada against the occupier, he would not have used this language.’ …

He said: ‘We call on our brothers in Hamas to assemble a pure Palestinian front under the umbrella of the PLO, the sole legal representative of our Palestinian people, which will take action alongside those who are devoted to our people’s struggle and its right to freedom, a state, and self-determination, in order to invest in our people’s struggle and its resistance (i.e., terror) to the criminal aggression to which we are being subjected, for the sake of our people and the future of our existence and our cause in a way that will constitute a true deterring factor against the forces of evil and colonialism (i.e., Israel, US and European “colonialist powers”).’”

She drove him to Ramallah, where they were met by Doleh and another accomplice, Hassan Alkadi, who shot and killed Rahum. Doleh served 12 years in prison and was released on June 30, 2016. After being released, Doleh was appointed as a PLO Commission of Prisoners' Affairs executive committee member and Fatah Commission of Mobilization and Organization spokesman.

Founded by George Habash in 1967, PFLP has planned and carried out numerous terror attacks against Israeli civilians since its founding and throughout the PA terror campaign (the second Intifada, 2000-2005). One of its most high profile attacks was the murder of Israeli Minister of Tourism Rehavam Ze'evi on Oct. 17, 2001. PFLP has been designated as a terror organization by several states including the US, Japan, Canada, Australia, and the EU.Terrorist prisoner Ahmad Sa’adat has served as PFLP’s secretary-general since 2001; he is serving a 30-year sentence in an Israeli prison for heading the PFLP.

Hamas war on Israel October 2023 - At least 1,200 Israelis, including over 1,000 civilians, were murdered and over 4,800 wounded, in addition to approximately 244 who were abducted into the Gaza Strip (including 110 later released or liberated and at least 26 later killed), in a Hamas terror war that began when approximately 3,000 Hamas terrorists broke through Israel's security fence at the Gaza Strip border and launched a surprise attack, taking control of several Israeli towns and attacking a music festival on the Jewish holiday of Simchat Torah, which fell on the Sabbath, Oct. 7, 2023. During the massacre the terrorists tortured, raped, shot, beheaded, and burned their victims alive, murdering entire families and leaving at least 21 children without parents. Hamas terrorists also fired at least 5,000 rockets at Israeli population centers. In response, Israel launched Operation Iron Swords to counter the Hamas terror threat. Hezbollah terrorists in Lebanon joined Hamas' terror war starting from the following day, attacking Israel from the north. Occasional rocket launches and shootings continued from Lebanon throughout the war. A ceasefire and prisoner exchange deal began on Nov. 24, 2023, in which Israel agreed to release 150 terrorist prisoners, pause drone surveillance in the Gaza Strip, and allow movement between the northern and southern Gaza Strip, in return for 50 Israeli female and child hostages held by Hamas. The deal was subsequently extended with additional releases, until Hamas violated the agreement and resumed attacking on Dec. 1, 2023.
