PA daily demonizes Israelis in 1948 as "the Zionist gangs"

Excerpt of a review of Arafat's life noting both military and political activity (including Oslo Accords, peace process with Israel, Nobel Peace Prize):
"Today is the 83rd anniversary of the birth of the Martyr leader, Yasser Arafat… He headed for Palestine in the spring of 1948, and fought against the Zionist gangs in southern Palestine. Thereafter he joined the Army of the Jihad [Holy War]', that had been founded by Abd Al-Qader Al-Huseyni."
