Female student: “As university students, we of course oppose normalization. We’ll refuse to participate in any program that includes two sides, a Palestinian and a Zionist.”
Young man: “And above all, we’re against all the dubious and filthy aid that tries to damage our heritage, and our culture, and the history of our struggle – that tries to silence our culture and make us dependent on others. And foremost among those – as the young people said – is any help from USAID! We don’t just oppose it, [applause interrupts him] thanks. We oppose it, and that’s not all! We’re exposing it, and we’re fighting against it.”
