PA minister: Israel attempts to "Judaize" Jerusalem, plans to build the "alleged Third Temple" in place of Al-Aqsa

In a statement to the press yesterday [April 14, 2014], Al-Habbash said… that the Israeli establishment is seeking to fulfill its dream, with the aim of building what it refers to as the alleged Third Temple in place of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, and of completely altering the heritage and culture of the city and its Islamic light . This has become evident in the wake of the series of steps [it has taken] to Judaize [the city], the increase in the number of daily, official invasions [of the Al-Aqsa Mosque], and the intensification and expansion of their media campaign regarding the need to build the alleged Temple.”
The PA considers any presence of Jews on the Temple Mount an "invasion." However, all visitors are subject to rigorous checks by Israeli security personnel before being granted access to the Temple Mount.
