Official PA daily: Israel incites against Palestinians by calling murderers “terrorists”
“WAFA [the official PA news agency] has monitored manifestations of incitement and racism published in the Israeli media outlets against Palestinians and Arabs. The following are the prominent statements that appeared in its reports 222, 223, 224, and 225, which covered the period between December 12, 2014 and Jan. 8, 2015:
Mahmoud Abbas incites to terrorism: On December 16, 2014, the [Israeli] newspaper Yediot Aharonot published an article by journalist Elyakim Haetzni, in which he called the Palestinian threats empty. He said: ‘The implementation of criminal proceedings against us at the International Criminal Court in the Hague for ‘war crimes’ is an empty Palestinian threat, for who is doing the threatening? A terror organization! At Oslo, we put Fatah in civilian clothing, but it is continuing its murderous terrorism under the name ‘Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades.’ Its second head, Mahmoud Abbas, whose government incites to terrorism, pays salaries and hands out prizes to living terrorists, praises dead terrorists and educates the youth [to follow] their path. So who is the war criminal?’”
