“The Israeli Civil Administration announced yesterday [March 4, 2015] that Israel would double the amount of water provided to the Gaza Strip, which is under siege and has been suffering from a humanitarian crisis since the destructive Israeli war last summer (i.e., Israel’s Operation Protective Edge, which aimed at destroying Hamas' terror infrastructure and ability to launch rockets at Israel.) The office of the Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (the Israeli Civil Administration) said it would increase the amount of water provided to the [Gaza] Strip from 5 million cubic liters to 10 million cubic liters per year.”
