Ramallah Governor: Fatah has been “the impetus” for “national activity in all stages of the Palestinian struggle”

Al-Quds, Palestinian daily  |
“Two days ago [Feb. 15, 2016] the Jerusalem Magistrate Court extended the detention of Fatah Revolutionary Council member Jamal Abu Al-Leil by three days, under the pretext that he serves as the organization’s leader in Qalandiya and is behind recent operations (i.e., terror attacks) carried out against Israel... District Governor of Ramallah and El-Bireh Dr. Laila Ghannam visited the family of prisoner Abu Al-Leil, who was arrested two days ago by occupation forces, while accompanying a Fatah branch delegation. Ghannam said that Fatah will continue to be unified... Likewise, she noted that the movement, all its members, prisoners, and Martyrs (Shahids) have been the impetus of the national activity in all stages of the Palestinian struggle."
