This picture was taken in the offices of the PA Refugee Affairs Department in Gaza during a meeting between UNRWA official Filippo Grandi and the Head of the [PLO] Department for Refugee Affairs, Dr. Zakariya Al-Agha. A large map on display shows all of Israel and the Palestinian areas under the heading “Palestine” (written in the top left corner of the map).
