Terrorist Dalal Mughrabi “is a historic feminine model on our nation’s path”

“The Women of the Beita Development Association celebrated International Women’s Day with widespread official and civilian participation…
In a speech given on behalf of Nablus District Governor Akram Rajoub, Ghassan Daghlas, who holds the settlement portfolio in the Nablus district, said that ‘March is not the only month for supporting the women who participated in all the battles our nation has fought against the occupation.’ He also noted that ‘the self-sacrificing fighter (Fida’ia) Dalal Mughrabi, who carried out the heroic coastal operation (i.e., the Coastal Road massacre in which 37 were killed), is a historic feminine model on our nation’s path, and she was not the only woman to participate in the struggle and to bear its consequences.’”

Note: Dalal Mughrabi led the most lethal terror attack in Israel’s history, known as the Coastal Road massacre, in 1978, when she and other Fatah terrorists hijacked a bus on Israel's Coastal Highway, killing 37 civilians, 12 of them children, and wounding over 70. Palestinians often refer to the attack as the “Kamal Adwan operation.”
