Demonization of Jews/Israelis
Since the Palestinian Authority was established it has systematically indoctrinated young and old to hate Israelis and Jews. Using media, education, and cultural structures that it controls, the PA has actively promoted religious hatred, demonization, conspiracy libels, etc. These are packaged to present Israelis and Jews as endangering Palestinians, Arabs, and all humanity. This ongoing campaign has so successfully instilled hatred that fighting, murder and even suicide terror against Israelis and Jews are seen by the majority of Palestinians as justified self-defense and as Allah’s will. The PA presents Jews as possessing inherently evil traits. Jews are said to be treacherous, corrupt, deceitful and unfaithful by nature. These Jewish “attributes” and traditions are presented as the unchangeable nature of Jews. Forgeries and fiction masquerading as history are used to document and support the libel that Judaism is in essence racist and evil. Jews are said to be planning and executing heinous crimes, including burning Palestinians in ovens, murder, using prisoners for Nazi-like experiments, and more. If unchecked, these crimes constitute a mortal danger, not only to all Muslims and Arabs but to all of humanity.

The PA assigns responsibility to the Jews for all the problems in the world: Wars, conflicts and civil wars are all said to be triggered by Jews. Indeed, the oppression suffered by Jews throughout history is presented as the legitimate response of nations seeking revenge for the injury caused them by the Jews living among them. The creation of the State of Israel is said to have been a European plot, in order to be rid of their Jews and save Europe from the evil of Jewish presence in their countries.

The following are examples of Palestinian demonization:
Jews/Israelis are evil

Tulkarem District Governor Issam Abu Bakr: “This occupation is the main cause of the violence, and it is the one that bears the responsibility for all of the violence that is taking place in the land of Palestine. Let it leave this land so that all of the people will live in freedom and dignity in this land. We will not be silent over all of these consequences. We will take care of things as much as possible and according to our capabilities, Allah willing.”

PA daily op-ed glorifies terrorists that killed 3 as “heroic Martyrs”, attacks Trump and demonizes Israelis
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Dec. 15, 2018
Excerpt of op-ed by Yahya Rabah, a columnist for the official PA daily and member of the Fatah Leadership Committee in Gaza

"The significance of the spilling of Israeli blood lies in the fact that it occurred after the reverberating failure of the American proposal at the [UN] General Assembly, which wanted to mark Hamas as a terror [organization] (see note below –Ed.). This American resolution failed in a shameful manner... Therefore, we saw [US President Donald] Trump agitated and pitiful because his proposal failed, and this idiot returned to babbling about what he has already babbled about in the past, and threatened to punish the states that voted against his resolution and brought it down with great shame! By Allah, is this man suitable to be the president of the US? He does nothing but fail, and only receives slaps on the cheek!
The second criminal, [Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu, sent his army in great numbers and laid siege to the Ramallah and El-Bireh district! […]
Heroic Martyr (Shahid) Ashraf Na'alwa (i.e., terrorist, murdered 2) and heroic Martyr Saleh Barghouti (i.e., terrorist, murdered baby and wounded 7)… are Palestinian Martyrs, who came from the Palestinian time and experienced the bitter Palestinian experience. Each one of them is a rose that grew out of a wound, and the wound is Palestinian, and they will be born one million and one times in the names of new heroes that will be born in the fields of Palestinian creativity."

Palestinian envoy to UN accuses Israel of “executing” innocent Palestinian “citizens,” i.e., terrorists who murdered and wounded Israelis
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Dec. 15, 2018
“In the shadow of the ongoing crimes that the Israeli occupation forces and terrorist settlers are committing against our unarmed people in a variety of areas of the occupied Palestinian land, Permanent Representative of the State of Palestine at the UN Ambassador Riyad Mansour sent three letters – to [UN] Secretary-General [António Guterres]... Mansour emphasized in his letters that the incitement that Israel is carrying out against our Palestinian people and its leadership is what is feeding the terror, and laid on Israel all of the consequences that will be caused to the citizens’ lives. Mansour said that the Israeli occupation forces are continuing their violent military invasions of the villages, towns, cities, and refugee camps. He noted that in recent days many citizens have been pursued and killed by the occupation forces in military operations that were meant to take revenge on the Palestinians, after the killing of 3 Israeli soldiers (sic., apparently refers to 2 soldiers murdered in Givat Assaf shooting attack; see note below). He also explained that within just 24 hours the occupation forces executed 4 citizens: Ashraf Na’alwa (i.e., terrorist, murdered 2), 23; Saleh Omar Barghouti (i.e., terrorist, murdered baby and wounded 7), 29; Hamdan Tawfiq Al-Arda (i.e., terrorist, wounded 1), 60; and Majdi Mteir (i.e., terrorist, wounded 2).”

Fatah official calls slain terrorists “Martyrs,” claims calls by extremist Israelis to kill Abbas are “direct incitement by the occupation government, exactly like they incited against Arafat”

"Fatah Movement Revolutionary Council Secretary [and Jericho and Jordan Valley District Governor] Majed Al-Fatiani emphasized that our people continues to adhere to the principle of resistance against and confrontation with the occupiers and settlers. He held the occupation directly responsible for the consequences of the escalation of the murder operations against Palestinian civilians and the settlers' direct threats to kill the symbol of the Palestinian legitimacy, while emphasizing that [PA] President Mahmoud Abbas constitutes a red line. Al-Fatiani said yesterday [Dec. 13, 2018] in an interview with Radio Mawtini: 'The Martyrs' (Shahids') souls have ascended for the freedom and liberation from the occupation.' ...  Al-Fatiani held the Israeli government directly responsible for these threats, and explained: 'If not for the political cover from the highest echelons in the settler government, they would not be threatening the president through posters that they have glued to the occupation army's checkpoints. This is direct incitement by the occupation government, exactly like they incited against [late PLO Chairman and PA] President Martyr leader Yasser Arafat before and during the siege on him.'"

Fatah official justifies terror attack in which 2 were murdered: Terror attacks are responses to Israel’s alleged “policy of summary execution” against innocent Palestinians
Source: Official Fatah Facebook page, Dec. 13, 2018

Image and text posted on the official Fatah Facebook page

Posted text: “When the occupation army soldiers do as they please on the Palestinian land and sow ruin and destruction in it, and when Israeli soldiers implement a policy of summary executions against the members of our people and execute three young Palestinians in one night, Israel must understand that the extent of the Palestinian response will be according to the extent of these attacks. Its leaders must understand that they are unable to defend even their soldiers (refers to Givat Assaf attack in which 2 Israeli soldiers were murdered –Ed.). They have attempted all of the criminal means to force our people to submit and wave a white flag, but all of their attempts have failed. Only one path remains for Israel that will ensure the wellbeing of its soldiers and settlers: full withdrawal by the occupation and its murderous settlers to the June 4, 1967 borders.

Following terror attack in which 2 were killed, Abbas' office condemns “unacceptable wave of violence” but blames it on Israel: "Our constant policy is the rejection of violence, invasions, and settler terror"
Source: WAFA, official PA news agency, Dec. 13, 2018
"In response to the events taking place in the West Bank (apparently referring to fatal terror attacks in Ofra and Givat Assaf and the killing of terrorists involved in the Ofra and Barkan attacks; see notes below –Ed.), the [PA] Presidential Office said in a statement that the atmosphere that has been created by the policy of recurring invasions of the [Palestinian] cities, the incitement against His Honor [PA] President [Mahmoud Abbas], and the lack of a prospect of peace is what has led to this unacceptable wave of violence, which we condemn and reject, and the price of which the two sides are paying. The Presidential Office emphasized that our constant policy is the rejection of violence, invasions, and settler terror, [and] that it is necessary to stop the incitement and avoid creating an atmosphere that will contribute to tension.
The Presidential Office emphasized that the president’s constant position is to end the occupation, establish the independent State of Palestine whose capital is East Jerusalem in the June 4, 1967, borders, and [honor] the decisions of the international institutions and international law – [all of] which will provide everyone with security, stability, and peace."

Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Dec. 8, 2018
"The PLO, the [PA] government, and the factions yesterday [Dec. 7, 2018] welcomed the results of the vote in the UN against the American proposal to condemn the Hamas Movement…
PLO Executive Committee member [and Head of the PLO Department of Diplomacy and Public Policy] Dr. Hanan Ashrawi welcomed the UN General Assembly vote against the American resolution that condemns Hamas...
The [PA] national unity government welcomed the results of the vote at the UN General Assembly, which showed the world's bias in favor of the Palestinian right, and the rejection of the methods of hegemony, arrogance, and assistance to the occupation that the American administration is carrying out in order to falsify the facts at the global level.
Official [PA] Government Spokesman Yusuf Al-Mahmoud said yesterday, Friday: 'The American administration’s failure to pass the proposed resolution that blames the Palestinian side, [and] exonerates the occupation and encourages it to commit more crimes against the members of our people, proves once again the power of the Palestinian right…

Palestinian envoy in Uruguay: Balfour Declaration was “ominous,” Israel was established “while bloody massacres were being committed by the Zionist gangs,” promotes “use of all means of struggle”
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Dec. 7, 2018
"The embassy of the State of Palestine in Uruguay – in coordination with the union of worker organizations and the human rights department – marked International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People in the main hall of the Association of Professional Organizations and [with] the participation of Ambassador of the State of Palestine Walid Abd Al-Rahim… Ambassador Abd Al-Rahim reviewed the history of the Palestinian struggle since the ominous Balfour Promise (i.e., Declaration) and the unjust resolution to divide Palestine (i.e., referring to the UN Partition Plan for Palestine; see note below), erase the name Palestine, and recognize the state that was established while bloody massacres were being committed by the Zionist gangs in order to expel the members of our people and bring the Zionist immigrants from abroad.
The Palestinian ambassador focused on the will to struggle of the members of our people and on the use of all means of struggle (i.e., term used by Palestinians, which also refers to the use of violence and terror)‎ in order to restore our people’s legal rights, return the Palestinian cause to the UN, and to bring about the states of the world's recognition of the independent Palestinian state."

Op-ed in PA daily by Fatah official: Drugs are “the number one weapon of the enemy,” Israel is behind spread of drugs and other “poisons” among Palestinian society
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Nov. 29, 2018
Excerpt of an op-ed by Muwaffaq Matar, Fatah Revolutionary Council member and regular columnist for the official PA daily

“This [drugs, Ed.] is the number one weapon of the enemy, and it is more dangerous than all of the lethal weapons… Dangers surround the Palestinian society from all directions; in addition to the poisons in the expired food products that are smuggled from the settlements, factories, and farms of the occupiers, one can also see criminals who plant death for our young people, men, and women. They sprout the will of the colonialist and criminal occupiers in the yards of their homes and on their roofs, and water it with their own hands as if they do not know that by doing so they are committing a double crime of high treason: They know that their poisons kill, albeit slowly, and they know that they themselves are serving as secret death cells, who the occupation is making every effort to protect and provide with the conditions and opportunity to grow their popular and poisonous herbal bullets that are called ‘hashish.’ This is because the occupiers and the colonialists are unable to kill the Palestinians with the bullets of their rifles, their shells, and the like, but the criminal farmers of death can provide this great service through ‘the drug bullets.’”

Op-ed in PA daily refers to Israel's founding as a "plot to establish a racist Zionist entity," calls Israel "the cancerous entity"
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Nov. 29, 2018
Excerpt of an op-ed by Dr. Fawzi Ali Al-Samhouri

“Nov. 29, 1947 was the [first] practical international step to execute the plot to establish a racist Zionist entity on 55% of the territory of historical Palestine. For the Palestinian people – which has the right, the land, and the homeland – only 45% of its homeland was left in order to establish its Arab state, according to [UN] Partition Resolution No. 181…  On Dec. 2, 1977, the UN General Assembly decided to designate November 29 – the same day that the ominous partition resolution was made – as an International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People.
Three decades after the partition resolution, the UN published its resolution for the following reasons and factors:
As a result of the partition resolution, millions of members of the Palestinian people live in the diaspora as refugees since Palestine was taken over in 1948.
The military, political, and financial support of the world powers, and particularly the US, for the cancerous entity enabled it to occupy the rest of Palestine following the aggression of June 1967.”

Fatah official is against normalization of Arab countries’ relations with Israel, because Israeli leaders, the “criminal Zionist entity,” “murder our young people, destroy our homes, and desecrate our holy sites”
Source: Official Palestinian Authority TV, Nov. 27, 2018
Official PA TV News, hosting Fatah Central Committee member, Fatah Commissioner of Mobilization and Organization in the West Bank, and PLO Central Council member Jamal Muhaisen

Fatah Central Committee member, Fatah Commissioner of Mobilization and Organization in the West Bank, and PLO Central Council member Jamal Muhaisen: “From here, from Jerusalem, we send a message to our Arab brothers who welcome the leaders of this criminal Zionist entity. As long as they murder our young people, destroy our homes, and desecrate our holy sites, the time has come for our Arab brothers to accept upon themselves the decisions of the Dhahran Committee (i.e., 2002 Arab League summit in Beirut that produced the Arab Peace Initiative conditioning ties with Israel on a peace deal)… These processes of welcoming the leaders of the Zionist entity in an Arab capital are a service to the Zionist entity and a deviation from morals, religion, politics, and that which is customary and accepted – and even from Arabness. Therefore, I again say we will not act politely with any one of them. Now we say: ‘Stop this free normalization’… In the end, we turn to the Arab members of our people – if you care about Jerusalem and if Jerusalem is one of your holy sites and part of your faith, you are welcome to tell your rulers: ‘Enough.’”

PA Justice Minister in presence of Sudanese dictator: Israel is carrying out "torture, deprivation, and medical neglect" against Palestinian prisoners; trying to prevent the PA from paying prisoners and Martyrs’ families
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Nov. 24, 2018
"The Council of Arab Ministers of Justice concluded its 34th session yesterday [Nov. 23, 2018], which was held in Khartoum, the capital of Sudan, in the presence of His Honor Sudanese President Omar Hassan Al-Bashir (see note below –Ed.)… [PA] Minister of Justice Ali Abu Diyak participated in the 34th session of the Council of Arab Ministers of Justice, in the presence of Ambassador of the State of Palestine in Sudan Dr. Samir Oudeh… Abu Diyak said that the series of racist legislations against our brave prisoners is continuing, as the occupation is exaggerating in the methods of torture, deprivation, and medical neglect of the prisoners, and has turned to using its racist means of legislation in an attempt to break the willpower of our people and its prisoners that are resolute behind the walls of the Israeli prisons. He noted that the Israeli occupation has published a law to put children under 14 on trial (refers to law to detain terrorists under age 14 until they are old enough to be imprisoned –Ed.) and a law to steal the Palestinian tax money in a desperate attempt to blackmail us and prevent us from paying the allowances (mukhassasat) of the families of the Martyrs (Shahids) and the prisoners."

PLO Prisoners Commission head: Israel is committing “medical crimes” against Palestinian prisoners and implants “illnesses and pains” into their bodies
Source: Official PA daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida, Nov. 23, 2018
Headline: “Abu Bakr: The occupation’s crimes against our prisoners are being committed before the eyes of the world”
“Director of [PLO] Commission of Prisoners and Released Prisoners’ Affairs Qadri Abu Bakr yesterday [Nov. 22, 2018] criticized the international silence over the Israeli occupation’s medical crimes against the Palestinian prisoners that are being scandalously committed before the eyes and ears of the entire international community… Abu Bakr expressed his strong concern over the escalation of the scope of the crime and the ways it is committed against the prisoners, and particularly the medical crimes that truly threaten their lives, as there is a new large rate of released prisoners who are beginning to receive treatments and medicines immediately after their release so that they will be able to overcome the illnesses and pains that the occupation implanted in them.”
