The image shows a Palestinian masked in a keffiyeh (Arab headdress) using a slingshot to throw a rock, and behind him the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock. To his left is the image of a woman who is also using a slingshot, and to his right is the number 53, with the 5 covered in the keffiyeh pattern, symbolizing the 53rd anniversary of the Launch (Intilaqa) of Fatah. In the upper left corner is a picture of PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas speaking at the UN, and in the upper right corner is a picture of former PLO and PA Chairman Yasser Arafat in his 1974 speech at the UN. At the top center is the Fatah logo that includes a grenade, crossed rifles, and the PA map of “Palestine” that presents all of Israel as “Palestine” together with the PA areas. At the bottom are masses of people, some waving flags.

Intilaqa - "the Launch" refers to the beginning of Fatah on Jan. 1, 1965, when it carried out its first terror attack against Israel, attempting to blow up Israel's National Water Carrier.
