PA daily calls Israel “the occupied interior”

“The Directorate of the [PA] Ministry of Culture in the Salfit district marked the 100th anniversary of the death (sic., birth) of female poet Fadwa Tuqan… (Monday) [Nov. 14, 2017]… in the presence of the district governor of Salfit… and poets and intellectuals from the occupied Interior (i.e., Palestinian term for Israel).”
