Fatah rejects US President Trump’s unpublished Middle East peace plan, calling it “the shameful deal”

"The Fatah Movement emphasized that 'The Israeli, American, and internal pressures, which are supported by Hamas, to dissuade the Palestinian leadership from its position that rejects [US President Donald Trump's] shameful deal (his still unpublished Middle East peace plan –Ed.) are a plot doomed to fail.'
[Fatah Revolutionary Council member and] Official Fatah Spokesman Osama Al-Qawasmi emphasized that [PA] President [Mahmoud Abbas] and Fatah were and remain the greatest defenders of our people in Gaza, and that nobody is punishing its residents. He added: 'Hamas' attempts to pretend to be humanitarian are hypocritical and contradict what it is carrying out against our members and our people in the Gaza Strip since the [Hamas-Fatah] rift,' according to him.
Al-Qawasmi said that the attempts to force the Palestinian leadership to accept the shameful deal will fail, and added: 'What is happening is a true plot that is related to the president's determined position against the American-Israeli plan of destruction [of the Palestinian cause].’"
