Fatah attacks US envoy to Middle East who responded to PMW bulletin

Image and text posted on the official Fatah Facebook page

Posted text: “[US Envoy to the Middle East Jason] Greenblatt wrote on his personal [Twitter] page about Fatah Movement Deputy Chairman [and Fatah Central Committee member] brother Mahmoud Al-Aloul ‘Abu Jihad’ that he was present at a ceremony where pictures of [Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu and [US President Donald] Trump and the deal of the century (i.e., Trump’s as yet unpublished Middle East peace plan) were burned in Nablus.”

The image shows a tweet by US Envoy to the Middle East Jason Greenblatt following PMW’s bulletin documenting Fatah official Al-Aloul’s participation in burning of coffin with photos of Israeli PM Netanyahu and US President Trump. Greenblatt’s tweet included a screenshot from the official Fatah Facebook page showing the event where a “coffin” was burned with pictures of US President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on it with their faces crossed out.

Text in tweet: “Mahmoud Al-Aloul, a Fatah/PA leader, was recently at a ceremony where a coffin with photos of @POTUS & @Netanyahu were burned. Disgraceful & disgusting. Stunts like this only harm Palestinians. Once again – time to get serious if you want to help Palestinians.”
