In 1996 the PA already planned return to terror

Already in 1996 it was the Palestinian Authority’s plan to renew terror against Israel, when their uncompromising demands would eventually be rejected by Israel. This was said by Nebil Shaath, chief Palestinian negotiator, at a closed meeting, when he explained that the PA would use the weapons that Israel supplied the PA (in order to fight Palestinian terror) against Israel – if Israel rejected their demands regarding the 1967 borders, Jerusalem and refugees.
